Policies
Payment: A deposit of half (1/2) the charter
or guiding price is required in order to reserve your date. Final
payment must be paid with cash, travelers' checks, Visa, American
Express, Discover, MasterCard or money order before departure.
Cancellation: A four (4) day 96 hour, cancellation
notification is required either in writing or by E-Mail. Although
a date is reserved it will not be secured until a deposit is received.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE WITH LESS THEN FOUR
DAYS (96 HOURS) NOTICE. The captain reserves the right to cancel
any trip on the bases of foul weather or any other dangerous condition.
Rain alone does not constitute foul weather or dangerous conditions.
In the event of cancellation by the captain a full refund will be
returned.
Personal Safety: The owner of San Diego Premier
Fishing have taken the necessary precautions to provide a safe boating
experience, however the ocean or lakes has many variables. The owner,
managers and employees of San Diego Premier Fishing are not, under
any circumstances, responsible for you personal safety. All passengers
board at their own risk. Existing medical conditions should be brought
to the attention of the Captain prior to boarding.
Restrictions: There is NO deposit or rental fee
for equipment but each angler is responsible for the tackle he or
she uses. Due to insurance restrictions No alcohol is allowed on
board. We operate a DRUG FREE VESSEL, ZERO TOLERANCE is strictly
enforced by U.S.C.G. and the owner of San Diego Premier Fishing.
Privacies policy: The information that you voluntarily
give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will use
your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted
us. We will not share your information with any third party outside
of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future
to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes
to this privacy policy
